Eligibility & Timeline
- Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and receipts must be included.
- Try-ons are not considered "use," but items with signs of wear (e.g., stains, pilling) will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at support@cflonge.store with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided label (return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 days of approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked "Sale" or "Final Sale")
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items
