Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Cflonge purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s our return and refund policy:

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Original tags, packaging, and receipts must be included.
    • Try-ons are not considered "use," but items with signs of wear (e.g., stains, pilling) will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@cflonge.store with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label (return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3  days of approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked "Sale" or "Final Sale")
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
